I am a life coach and communications practitioner who helps individuals and teams overcome challenges. If you feel ‘stuck’ in your personal or professional life, I can help you to overcome the obstacles and move toward clear and intentional goals with concrete actions. I have mentored people, led teams, built programs in communication skills and strategies, and facilitated groups with a human-centred focus for over 20 years.
As a coaching professional, I utilize positive intelligence, cognitive behavioural, and mindfulness practices in my coaching. I have a keen understanding of relationships and group dynamics that enables me to quickly assess pain points and help you to identify solutions. I have undergraduate and graduate degrees in communications, and I'm trained in cross-cultural and corporate communications and leadership.
My personal brand of authenticity, direct communication, warmth, and humour combined with practical tools and strategies creates the perfect space for personal and organizational development and growth.
